For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

You accept full responsibility for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful under applicable local law. 777xp0 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate, legal or available for use in any specific jurisdiction, including Pakistan.
Each individual User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds and winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and throughout the lifetime of your Account. You are obliged to notify 777xp0 promptly of any change to your registered details. 777xp0 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of your registration information at any time.
To access real-money games and features on 777xp0, you must complete the registration process by providing the required personal information, selecting a unique username and creating a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.
777xp0 applies KYC procedures in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a valid CNIC, passport, proof of address or proof of payment method — at the point of registration, before withdrawing funds or at any time during your account lifetime at 777xp0's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated time may result in suspension of deposit, withdrawal or gameplay privileges.
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. 777xp0 will never request your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact 777xp0 support immediately. 777xp0 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as inactive. 777xp0 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the published fee schedule. Prior notice will be sent to the registered email address before any inactivity fee is applied. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the User upon account closure following the applicable inactivity period, subject to completed KYC verification.
All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments — deposits from accounts or cards belonging to another individual — are not permitted and may result in the reversal of funds and account suspension. Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier and are denominated in PKR where applicable. 777xp0 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
References to payment services familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as payment context only. These providers do not endorse gambling, and their availability in the 777xp0 cashier at any given time is subject to change. Always verify available payment methods in the live cashier.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed full KYC verification and met any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds. 777xp0 reserves the right to process withdrawals in tranches where the requested amount exceeds defined processing thresholds.
Withdrawal processing times are published in the cashier. Standard processing times range from 24 to 96 hours depending on the payment method selected. These times represent 777xp0's internal processing period and do not include any additional time required by the payment provider or intermediary financial institution. 777xp0 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
Account balances, deposits and withdrawals are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) within the Platform interface. Any currency conversion applicable at the payment processing level will be disclosed in the cashier prior to transaction confirmation.
777xp0 operates in accordance with applicable AML standards. We reserve the right to request documentation evidencing the lawful source of funds deposited into your Account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges pending resolution. Funds deposited through fraudulent means will be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities as required by law.
Promotions and bonuses offered by 777xp0 are subject to individual promotional terms, including but not limited to minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game categories, wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions and expiry dates. Each promotion's specific terms are published alongside the relevant offer. These Terms apply universally to all promotions except where a specific promotional term expressly supersedes them.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x requirement requires PKR 1,50,000 in total wagers to be completed). Wagers placed on games with a contribution rate below 100% will contribute proportionally to the wagering requirement. Live-dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — contribution rates are published in the bonus terms.
While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, you may not place a single bet exceeding PKR 2,000 (or the equivalent stated in the specific promotional terms) on any game. Bets placed in excess of this limit during active bonus play may be voided, and any associated winnings may be forfeited at 777xp0's discretion.
777xp0 operates a strict policy against bonus abuse. Actions including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting bonus terms through systematic low-risk play, withdrawing deposit amounts after triggering free spins without meeting the minimum play requirements, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional structures, constitute bonus abuse. 777xp0 reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
Bonus Funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotional terms will expire and be removed from your Account automatically. 777xp0 is under no obligation to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms published at the time the bonus was issued.
All casino games available on 777xp0 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or employ real-time live-dealer mechanics. Game results are determined by the outcome of each individual game event and are not influenced by previous results or by the Platform's commercial interests.
777xp0 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where a technical error has produced an incorrect price, where a bet appears to be placed in connection with match-fixing activity, or where an account is under review for suspicious activity. A bet is not accepted until confirmation is displayed in the Platform interface.
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. In the event of a match being postponed, abandoned or declared void, settlement rules applicable to that market will be applied as published in the sportsbook rules section. Cricket markets covering PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments and T20 internationals are governed by the cricket-specific betting rules published within the Platform.
In the event of a software or hardware malfunction, network interruption or any other technical failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 777xp0 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the relevant stake to the player's Account. Winnings arising from a demonstrable technical error are not payable and may be reversed from a player's Account.

In all cases where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, 777xp0's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose.
Gambling carries financial risk. You may lose money when using this Platform. Never gamble more than you can afford to lose. Past game or bet results do not predict future outcomes.
777xp0 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
777xp0 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as entirely secure, and you acknowledge this inherent limitation.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting 777xp0 support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you following completion of KYC verification and subject to standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
777xp0 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory or legal risk to the Platform. In cases of confirmed fraud or violation, 777xp0 may forfeit any Balance held in the Account and pursue recovery of funds already withdrawn where applicable.
Upon Account closure, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Obligations under these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including but not limited to provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability and dispute resolution — shall remain in force.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by direct communication with 777xp0 support shall be referred to the dispute resolution procedures applicable under the operator's licence jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. Pakistani users are reminded that the legal framework governing online gambling in Pakistan — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may affect the enforceability of certain provisions. Where changes are material, registered Users will be notified by email to the address on file or by an in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendment.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.1 of these Terms.
